Custom Clothing Associate & Wardrobe Consultant

Job Requirements

First and foremost, we are seeking individuals who are extremely self-motivated and determined to succeed.  The position is highly entrepreneurial in nature, so we are seeking those with a real drive to create a business of their own, with some great support along the way. You will need to be very comfortable networking, as you will be cultivating relationships with high net worth individuals and executives.

Ideal candidates and will have at least 1 year of outside sales experience. They will also have a high level of interest in style and fashion.Daily responsibilities will include the following:

  • Client acquisition through marketing, networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Sales fittings at the homes or offices of your clients. You may use the showroom in Old City, Philadelphia to conduct appointments as well, if the client prefers.
  • Order processing
  • Order delivery and adjustments
  • Maintaining and building referrals from existing relationships

Compensation is mostly commission and will vary based on experience. Compensations increases exponentially over time as your client base expands. A typical first year associate will make around $35K-$50k, easily reaching 6 figures within 2-3 years.

Executive Sales Manager & Wardrobe Consultant

Job Requirements

First and foremost, we are in search of individuals who are seasoned sales professionals with a proven history.. The position is highly entrepreneurial in nature, so we are seeking those with a real drive to create a business of their own, with some great support along the way. You will need to be very comfortable networking, as you will be cultivating relationships with high net worth individuals and executives. Leadership skills are a must, as you will be recruiting and managing a sales team in addition to your own book of business.  

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, and will have at least 1-3 years of outside sales experience, and some experience in a management role. They will also have a high level of interest in style and fashion. Previous experience in the custom clothing or men’s fashion industry is a plus.

Daily responsibilities will include the following:

  • Client acquisition through marketing, networking, referrals, and cold calling
  • Sales fittings at the homes or offices of your clients. You may use the showroom in Old City, Philadelphia to conduct appointments as well, if the client prefers.
  • Maintaining and building referrals from existing relationships
  • Recruiting new associate wardrobe consultants
  • Training and managing new sales associates

Compensation is mostly commission and will vary based on experience. A first year sales manager should make between $70K-$95K, increasing exponentially over time as your client base and sales team expands.
